This project is a modern architectural development that integrates the Pyramid Örgöö building materials store and the office building of the Sükhbaatar District Police Department.

The building features a steel structural system, and its form and spatial composition reflect the meaning of the name “Pyramid” through clear geometric shapes and a bold contemporary expression. This design approach enhances the building’s recognizability and uniquely expresses the company’s name and brand philosophy through architectural language.

Within the scope of the project, functional requirements, safety, structural strength, and modern engineering solutions have been optimally integrated, effectively combining commercial and service functions with government office use.
