  • The structural frame installation of the Social Welfare Center under the Governor of the Capital City has been completed.

  • Renovation works for the Capital City Senior Citizens’ Hospital and the construction/expansion structural works of the 3rd Outpatient Clinic of the Songinokhairkhan District Health Center have commenced.

  • Construction works for the service and office building of “Pyramid Urgoo” LLC have commenced.

2018
Year

  • Construction works for Blocks 1203, 1204, and 1205 of the “Garden City” project of “Nomin Construction Development” LLC were successfully completed.

  • The first phase consisting of 12 buildings of the “Great Stone Hill” luxury housing complex of “KMGD” LLC was completed.

  • For “Golden Light Equipment” LLC, the equipment park was upgraded by adding new machinery such as a 25-ton boom truck crane, a 15-ton tower crane, an 18-ton road roller, a truck-mounted air compressor, and other new equipment.

  • International project management standards (PMBOK) have begun to be implemented in the Group’s day-to-day operations.

  • Construction works for the private residential house project of citizen R. Gantumur were completed.

  • Implementation of the 142-unit apartment project for employees of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia has commenced.

  • Implementation of the 72-unit apartment project for employees of “Baganuur Electricity Distribution Network” has commenced.

  • The “Emart 1” project of “Altai Holding” LLC was completed.

  • Exterior façade design works for the 16-storey “Sun City” office and service building were completed.

  • Construction works for the “Four Seasons Garden” residential complex project were completed.

  • Construction project for the Class I Rescue and Firefighting Unit No.19 of the Emergency Management Department in Selenge Province was completed.

  • Concept (sketch) design works for the “Eco Complex Facility” building were completed.

  • The “Tuguldur Center” project of “MGG Properties” LLC was completed.

  • The heated parking/garage project for heavy mining machinery at the Khutul Cement and Lime Plant was completed.

2013
Year

  • Design works for the Khutul Cement and Lime Plant were completed, and author’s supervision was provided.

  • Design works for the extension building of the University of Finance and Economics were completed, and author’s supervision was provided.

  • Construction works for the office and service building project of citizen P. Munkhtamir were completed.

  • The single-block residential building project of citizen D. Khaisanbuug was completed.

2013–2016:

  • Fully managed and carried out renovation and maintenance works for more than 60 real estate properties of “MGG Properties” LLC.
