The new laboratory building of the Mongolian-German Institute for Resources and Technology (GMIT) measures 56 × 31 meters. It includes a basement and three upper floors and is constructed with a reinforced concrete structure. The building accommodates various facilities, including multipurpose laboratories, materials laboratories, process engineering labs, and mineral, chemical, mechanical, physical, and environmental laboratories, as well as a library. The third floor contains seminar rooms and lecture halls.
